I am very proud to welcome you to our unique and diverse school. William Harding is a very friendly, hard working and positive community where relationships are strong and pupils are inspired to have a subject based love of learning. Our Curriculum, combined with our Enrichment and Pastoral Curriculum approach, ensures pupils are prepared for success at school and in life.

At William Harding our pupils are happy, confident and enjoy school life. There is a strong ethos of pride across the school which is linked to our School Motto of Aim high… Work hard… Be kind…

Our School Values of Inclusion, Respect, Responsibility, Perseverance, Honesty and Collaboration support pupils to create a caring atmosphere. Pupils are well behaved and respect each other, the staff and the learning that takes place. Pupils take a key role in school life and are keen to volunteer in a wide range of pupil roles. Our Staff are motivated, incredibly hardworking and dedicated to providing the very best learning experiences. Pupils comment on the supportive environment and feel very supported by staff, including the Pastoral Staff Team.
