Initial Teacher Training

We welcome applicants for ITT and are able to work with a number of training providers. We have experienced, skilled and supportive teachers available to train, coach and mentor aspiring teachers.

Home Grown Talent
We are proud of the number of qualified and successful teachers we have developed at William Harding through the ITT programme. Many have started their career with us as teaching assistants, cover supervisors and progressed into leaders.
